Officer, Regulatory Maintenance

Our client is seeking an Officer, Regulatory Maintenance to join a friendly team. The Regulatory Maintenance Team is dedicated to supporting the administration and ongoing maintenance of key systems and processes, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely regulatory maintenance for all regulated and registered entities. This includes collecting, analysing, and collating statistical and financial data, acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries relating to the team’s activities, and providing high-quality support to external stakeholders. The role offers opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and participation in change projects, contributing significantly to effective regulatory operations.


Job Duties:

  • Deliver timely and accurate regulatory maintenance for all regulated and registered entities.
  • Collect, analyse, and collate statistical and financial data from industry and third parties.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries relating to the team’s activities, providing high-quality support to external stakeholders.
  • Ensure completion of all activities in line with established processes, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate execution of regulatory responsibilities.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, recommending, and implementing enhancements to internal processes and working practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of delivering results through teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential.
  • Understanding of relevant financial services and products, including financial statements, is desirable.
  • Motivation for continuous learning and development, alongside a flexible approach and aptitude for teamwork.
