Our client is seeking to engage a Temp HR Contractor from mid/late June to December 2026. The successful candidate will act as a HR Generalist, effectively managing day-to-day HR Business Partner responsibilities, while also supporting various project work.
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage routine HR operations and business partner activities.
- Assist in the execution of HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
