Innovation & Solution Design Manager, Business Solutions

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Innovation and Solution Design Manager to join their Business Solutions team. This strategic role places the successful candidate at the intersection of innovation, design, and delivery, enabling them to shape how technology, particularly artificial intelligence, evolves within the organisation. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the firm to drive efficiency, improve insight, and enhance the quality of service delivered to clients. The focus will be on designing practical and sustainable approaches that support long-term goals while improving efficiency and service quality. Job Duties:

• Identify emerging technologies, including AI tools, with practical and measurable value
• Support integration, APIs, and data exchange across core systems
• Maintain a rolling technology roadmap to guide long-term planning
• Test and validate ideas early through prototypes and evidence-based assessments
• Develop and align solution design, data quality, and security standards
• Monitor vendor and supplier developments, coordinating demos and technical discussions
• Assess benefits, costs, and operational implications to support clear recommendations
• Provide expert guidance to help support teams adopt, manage, and maintain new technology
• Lead the design and implementation of the AI strategy

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience translating business needs into a technology roadmap that guides investment and adoption
• Exposure and understanding of the trust and corporate services industry
• Industry experience with applications and end-to-end technology projects
• Demonstrable understanding of solution design approaches
• Proven ability to analyse complex information and translate it into practical, sustainable solutions
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, with clear and confident communication skills
• Strong interest in technology innovation and the responsible application of emerging tools, including AI, in a professional services context
