Job Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of business development and marketing plans.
- Support the delivery of legal directory submissions.
- Help in organising external events that support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate operational and logistical aspects of events, collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing team.
- Aid lawyers in preparations for business development trips and manage post-trip follow-up activities.
- Utilise the CRM system to capture, process, and report on client, intermediary, and business development data.
- Support the execution of business development initiatives, including pitching activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the local and global Marketing department to coordinate business development activities and campaigns.
- Develop a good understanding of practices, local jurisdiction, markets, key messages, and trends, including attending lawyer product training where appropriate.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge of business development, marketing activities, and events.
- Enthusiasm and proactivity are essential.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
- Proficient in the main Microsoft applications.
- Proven capability to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
