Job Duties:
- Lead the store team and deliver on all business objectives.
- Maximise profitability while providing high levels of customer service.
- Implement systems and procedures to control financial aspects of the business.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.

- Motivate the team to engage with the brand and products passionately.

- Collaborate with HR to manage and develop staff effectively.
- Conduct training and development for new team members.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage store till operations effectively.
- Maintain the external presentation of the store.
- Plan sales events and promotional activities.
- Complete daily planning and checklists.
- Ensure stock accuracy and effective stock management systems.
- Manage wastage according to company policy.
- Oversee theft prevention measures and conduct weekly investigations.
- Ensure efficient management of the Back of House and assist in deliveries.
- Drive engagement and implement excellent store standards continuously.
- Adapt to meet customer and business needs as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- General education.
- Current First Aid at Work Certificate (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
- Effective time-management and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience in stressful situations.
- Ability to receive and act on feedback.
- Proficient in using computers and main software packages.
- Proven financial aptitude with a track record in delivering results.
- Background in customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a retail or customer-facing role (preferred).
