Manager, Marketing & Communications

This role focuses on supporting and delivering the marketing strategy across multiple jurisdictions, aligning activities with commercial priorities. The Manager, Marketing & Communications will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing, communications, and business development enablement. Working closely with the Associate Director and senior stakeholders, this position ensures consistent and high-quality delivery across all channels. Candidates will engage in a variety of marketing activities, including campaigns, brand management, events, and digital communication. The role also involves managing the organisation's social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, and producing written and visual content across various formats. It is essential to maintain a comprehensive suite of marketing literature and support internal communications. Additionally, the role involves coordinating campaigns and new business initiatives while managing relationships with agencies and ensuring visibility from partnerships.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver a broad range of marketing activities across campaigns, brand, communications, events, and digital channels.
  • Manage the Group's social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Produce written and visual content, such as articles, posts, graphics, presentations, e-newsletters, and pitch materials.
  • Maintain a full suite of marketing literature, including brochures, factsheets, credentials, case studies, and business development assets.
  • Draft PR content and client communications; support the delivery of the internal communications programme.
  • Coordinate campaigns, pitches, and new business initiatives with Directors.
  • Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up for events.
  • Assist in managing sponsorship activities and enhancing visibility from partnerships.
  • Handle day-to-day agency relationships, including briefing suppliers and tracking budget expenditures.
  • Be willing to travel across Group locations as required and demonstrate flexibility for events and campaign launches.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varied audiences and formats.
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and similar tools.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Canva and confident in PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing agencies and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Good understanding of how marketing supports business development in a professional services environment.
  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; CIM qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years' marketing experience, ideally in professional or financial services.
  • Demonstrable experience in social media management, content production, and events coordination.
