This role is a full-time, permanent position (35 hours per week) within the Crew Payroll team. The successful candidate will report to the Crew Payroll Manager and will be responsible for providing day-to-day payroll administration support for crew employees. The position requires the individual to process crew payroll across agreed payroll cycles, requiring accuracy and attention to detail. Key duties include inputting, validating, and maintaining payroll data, along with reviewing timesheets and supporting documentation for completeness. The Junior Crew Payroll Administrator will need to maintain up-to-date payroll records in compliance with relevant tax, social security, and employment regulations. They will also serve as a point of contact for payroll queries, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively, and will support reporting and audits under the guidance of the Crew Payroll Manager.
