Treasury Administrator

The Treasury Administrator will be responsible for familiarising themselves with the organisation’s policies and processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures at all times. They will also assist in the opening of new bank accounts and be proficient in all banking platforms. Additionally, the role involves managing payments, including inputting payments, collating relevant documentation, and creating payment packs for monthly and ad-hoc runs. Monitoring client bank accounts and maintaining organised work processes are crucial tasks, along with collaborating with team members and management daily.

Job Duties:

  • Become familiar with the organisation's policies and processes, ensuring adherence to procedures at all times
  • Demonstrate the willingness to gain knowledge of the funds and structures being administered
  • Assist with the opening of new bank accounts
  • Be proficient on all banking platforms
  • Input payments, collate relevant backup, and create payment packs for monthly and ad-hoc payment runs
  • Carry out callbacks as necessary to new suppliers or investors
  • Liaise with reviewers and authorisers on payment runs to ensure smooth processes and cut-off times are met
  • Monitor client bank accounts and ensure trackers are up to date with incoming funds
  • Actively monitor relevant mailboxes and identify priority tasks
  • Maintain an organised work list and inbox with assistance from the line manager
  • Work as part of a team and communicate with team members and line manager daily
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • This is an entry-level role; no prior knowledge in this field is expected
  • Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, preferably
