The role of Administrator is focused on delivering corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities. Working under the supervision of a senior team member, the successful candidate will assist in managing the daily operations, responding to client requests in a timely manner. The Administrator will support the formation and ongoing administration of companies while liaising with clients and third parties such as lawyers, auditors, and bankers. Responsibilities include transaction management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and aiding in the training of Trainee Administrators. Job Duties:
- Assist in the formation and administration of a diverse portfolio of companies.
- Liaise with clients and external parties as required.
- Help organise client meetings and draft minutes and resolutions.
- Assist with statutory filings and maintain accurate statutory records.
- Process bank payments and help reconcile payment logs.
- Participate in the production and circulation of invoices, including fee collection support.
- Support the training of Trainee Administrators and review less complex work.
- Maintain attention to detail in all activities, focusing on data integrity.
- Contribute to identifying process improvements and enhancing the client experience.
- Assist with project work as required by management.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the finance industry is preferred.
- Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland Level 4/5 qualification is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Viewpoint is beneficial.
- Proficient in the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of statutory laws and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations.
- Client-focused with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to learn and support junior team members.
- A commitment to achieving excellence in client service.
