The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the team's shared mailboxes and workflow processes. The position involves acting as the first point of triage for incoming requests, ensuring that queries are prioritised, allocated, and actioned appropriately. The individual will work closely with colleagues across the business to help maintain operational efficiency and clear communication, as well as uphold a high standard of client and internal service delivery. Responsibilities will also include managing and monitoring the Asset Services shared mailboxes, assigning tasks based on urgency and complexity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
