This role of HR Advisor Talent is a full-time fixed-term contract lasting six months, commencing on 10 August 2026. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Talent to attract and retain high calibre individuals while identifying potential candidates internally and externally. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential matters. Responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks related to recruitment and data management, as well as contributing to wider HR projects. The role will also involve providing advice to senior stakeholders on HR matters, necessitating exceptional communication, organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Job Duties:
- Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support to recruiting managers as part of the selection and interview process for all global locations.
- Attend and contribute to recruitment interviews to ensure all HR matters are discussed and agreement reached, with interview notes retained for audit purposes.
- Ensure the accurate and timely production and circulation of job adverts on the website and relevant job portals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for questions from directors, managers, employees, candidates, and agencies, responding or redirecting inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly update the website and social media with recruitment advertising according to business needs, ensuring compliance with budget and target market requirements while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Update job descriptions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to the jurisdiction.
- Utilise HR software to input and compile employee data, consistently updating records.
- Monitor employee referral programmes and assess their performance.
- Administer and support frameworks and processes that enable HR and business leaders to drive key talent processes and develop robust talent pipelines.
- Maintain understanding of all aspects of Diversity and Inclusion programmes relevant to Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
- Actively participate in and influence global talent management strategies and plans.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment with knowledge of best practice principles is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and/or HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with data recording and analysis is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills are a must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
