Client Accountant

The role of Client Accountant is a full-time position (35 hours per week) requiring the successful candidate to undertake a variety of accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of companies, particularly in the eGaming sector. This varied role presents excellent career prospects, along with potential study support. Job Duties:

• Manage accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and FRS 102
• Perform bookkeeping to trial balance stage
• Prepare management accounts
• Handle Isle of Man VAT and tax return preparations
• Liaise directly with clients, intermediaries, and professionals
• Utilise accounting software, particularly Xero

Job Requirements:

• At least three years’ experience in a Client Accountant role or similar
• ACCA or ACA qualified, or part qualified
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a B2B and B2C environment, with a focus on eGaming, is desirable
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and exceptional communication skills
