CDD Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent CDD Analyst to join a dynamic team. The role primarily requires a candidate with around three years of experience within a fiduciary environment. While full-time hours are preferred, there is flexibility to consider reduced hours for the right individual. The candidate will play a vital role in supporting compliance functions, ensuring that client due diligence aligns with regulatory standards. Responsibilities will include reviewing CDD documentation, identifying deficiencies, and maintaining accurate records. The position offers a collaborative atmosphere with opportunities for professional growth.

Job Duties:

  • Analyse structures to identify entities involved, customers, key principals, and other identification subjects.
  • Determine the required level of CDD and the necessary documentation for compliance.
  • Review, assess, and document CDD as received, communicating any deficiencies or further requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within fiduciary software.
  • Create and track associated tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Respond to queries from colleagues proactively.
  • Monitor potential matches and adverse hits generated by screening systems.
  • Assist in producing CDD-related reports for internal meetings.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with evolving statutory and regulatory requirements through required training.
  • Provide support as necessary to Directors, Client Service Teams, and the compliance function.

Job Requirements:

  • Approximately three years of experience in a fiduciary environment.
  • Strong familiarity with compliance and CDD requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional qualifications in AML/CFT would be favoured.
  • Previous experience with Acumen and/or Laserfiche is advantageous but not essential.
