Care Support Worker / Social Therapist
30 – 35 hours per week
£14.96 per hour
Springfield Grange Nursing Home is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.
The role is to provide support and care to the residents based on their individual needs and capabilities and understand the uniqueness of each person. To provide a sense of purpose and occupation through activities to enrich lives.
Prior experience in a care setting is a prerequisite for this role.
(Skills and competencies comparable with RFQ Level II or 2 years previous
experience as a Healthcare Assistant)
An enhanced DBS will be required and this will be carried out by the Company.
A full clean driving licence and use of own car is required.
