Personal Insurance Broker

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide professional, helpful advice to clients through various channels, including in person, by phone, and by email.
• Quote for new policies and make amendments to existing coverage.
• Handle client documentation with a high level of accuracy and care.
• Build trusted relationships that foster client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Support your team in achieving set targets.
• Cross-sell additional products and services that may benefit clients.
• Adhere to company procedures and regulatory standards consistently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A willingness to learn, alongside a professional attitude, is essential; previous insurance experience is not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for engaging effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is vital in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service abilities.
• Capacity to work well under pressure and independently without constant supervision.
• A positive, can-do attitude combined with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.
