Financial Planning Manager

Our client is a leading and growing independent financial services organisation, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive Financial Planning Manager. This full-time role involves developing and managing a diverse portfolio of clients and provides the opportunity to cover all aspects of financial planning, including both personal and corporate advice. The position is based in the Isle of Man and offers a supportive environment dedicated to consistent professional development and attractive remuneration. The principal focus of this role is to deliver comprehensive financial planning services with specialist knowledge of the financial services market. You will be responsible for ensuring that client needs are met with enthusiasm and commitment while delivering the client’s core objectives.

JOB DUTIES:

• Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing advice across all areas of financial planning.
• Demonstrate a high level of adviser competence to meet compliance with Isle of Man Retail Distribution Review (RDR) regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client expectations are met and relationships are built for the long term.
• Show commitment and enthusiasm in the delivery of the organization’s core objectives, aligning services with client needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial services market to provide knowledgeable and informed advice to clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess a Level 4 qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Chartered Securities Institute (CISI), or the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF).
• A proven track record in all aspects of financial planning is essential, demonstrating effective management of client portfolios.
• The ideal candidate should be ambitious, committed to providing a high level of customer service, and able to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment.
