Our client is seeking a friendly and organised individual for a temporary role within their property team, starting on Monday 2 November for an initial duration of approximately eight weeks. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone and comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. While prior property experience is beneficial, a quick learning ability and a commitment to following tasks through are the main priorities. In this role, you will assist with gas certificate and renewal paperwork, as well as checking and organising documents in the system, managing older correspondence, and handling overflow calls and walk-in inquiries. Working hours are expected to be from 9am to 5pm, with arrangements to be agreed upon.
Job Duties:
• Assist with gas certificate and renewal paperwork
• Check and organise documents within the CRM system
• Manage older correspondence and related documents
• Handle overflow calls and enquiries from walk-in clients
• Support administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Quick to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Friendly and good-humoured personality
• Experience in property is desirable, but not essential
