A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator to join our client’s team, on a permanent full or part time basis, working a minimum of 30hrs per week, to liaise with external suppliers to ensure the businesses stock requirements are met. You will maintain professional and diplomatic relations with suppliers on all open orders and changes in priorities, dealing with problems and delays to ensure the best resolution possible. You will also reconcile internal and external stock reports and documents, investigating and resolving discrepancies, as well as work with the in-house ERP system to ensure accurate input and upkeep of data. The role will require use of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel to at least intermediate level, plus Outlook, as well as Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system.
Within this temporary role you will be involved in a one-off project, migrating a large amount of data onto our client’s policy processing system. You will have full responsibility of ensuring the delivery of the project within set timelines. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have previous experience of data inputting. If you are self-motivated, organised, able to follow processes and committed to delivering projects on time along with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy then our client would love to hear from you! This is a temporary role for a period of 9-12 months.

As part of this role you will work directly with children, young people and adults who have an experience of care. You will provide independent advocacy and facilitate collective advocacy. You will work to ensure that people with experience of care are heard about the issues which affect them most, and that their rights are upheld. Along with the organisation, you will aim to transform the care of children so that love, belonging and opportunity are integral to the experience of care. A relevant qualification to a minimum standard of level 3 is required, in a discipline related to working with children and young people and / or promoting rights. In addition, individuals should be able to demonstrable knowledge of experience of young people who are looked after away from home, the care system in Jersey, children’s rights, safeguarding, advocacy and its principles, as well as current policy and practice in relation to children and young people.
Our client is seeking a Client Services Advisor with excellent and rounded communication skills, both verbal and written combined with a mature and understanding manner as the post holder may deal with sensitive issues to join their team, on a 12 month temporary basis. You will provide a high quality and reliable information and advice service by dealing proactively with all initial client enquiries within the Client Services team, in order that a first class service is provided to meet client needs. The Client Services team will answer all incoming telephone calls, face-to face and all general e-mail enquiries for the Company. Previous successful experience in Customer Care is essential.
