Messenger - Guernsey

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Messenger to join a leading financial firm, on a temporary basis, until the 10th of June 2022. Our clients’ office is undergoing a refurbishment and so you will assist with many tasks from sorting the post, moving files from one place to another and removing things from walls. No two days will be the same in this hands-on and rewarding role.

Manager / Senior Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is seeking a temporary Senior Administrator / Manager to be responsible for working on a project to transfer the administration of investment fund vehicles and their associated structures for a period of 1-2 months. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting with the transfer of client records to new administrators, assisting senior members of the team in administering the transfer and demonstrating high standards of client care to all dealings with the client and new administrator. This is a position that requires an individual who can take on the responsibility for all standard aspects of client care and client financial management with minimum supervision, with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle the tasks assigned in an effective manner.

Advocacy and Participation Worker - Jersey

Our client is seeking an Advocacy and Participation Worker, until December 2022 (with aspiration of further extension of contract). As part of this role you will work directly with children, young people and adults who have an experience of care. You will provide independent advocacy and facilitate collective advocacy. You will work to ensure that people with experience of care are heard about the issues which affect them most, and that their rights are upheld. Along with the organisation, you will aim to transform the care of children so that love, belonging and opportunity are integral to the experience of care. A relevant qualification to a minimum standard of level 3 is required, in a discipline related to working with children and young people and / or promoting rights. In addition, individuals should be able to demonstrable knowledge of experience of young people who are looked after away from home, the care system in Jersey, children’s rights, safeguarding, advocacy and its principles, as well as current policy and practice in relation to children and young people.
