Part / Qualified Accountants

Our client is seeking a Part / Qualified Accountant with Big4 experience to join their growing, independent firm. This permanent full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team that delivers pragmatic, professional advice in a friendly and pro-active manner. You will be encouraged to undertake continuous professional and personal development while supporting a broad range of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a hardworking approach.

Job Duties:

• Provide accountancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns
• Work with senior colleagues to provide strategic advice to clients on accounting and financial matters
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, providing regular updates and advice
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting
• Assist with audits, preparing workpapers and supporting the audit process
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Experience working within a Big4 firm or a similarly dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Pro-active, motivated, and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
