Mid-Level Trust Candidates

Our client is seeking talented individuals on a permanent full-time basis who are motivated to obtain a recognised professional qualification while gaining experience in a trust environment. This opportunity is particularly suited to mid-level trust professionals who are currently working towards or wish to pursue their STEP qualification, and who are eager to develop both their technical skills and career progression.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies
  • Draft minutes, resolutions and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and statutory files
  • Liaise with clients and intermediaries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of client and internal reporting requirements
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures
  • Support senior administrators and managers with complex matters as required

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in trust and company administration at a mid-level
  • A strong interest in completing the STEP qualification
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive approach to professional development
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
