Our client is seeking an experienced fiduciary and trust professional to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is ideally suited to individuals with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust and corporate administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality service and supporting ongoing business growth.
Job Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate client structures
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and intermediaries
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Prepare documentation for board meetings, resolutions, and statutory filings
- Oversee client transactions and liaise with banks, legal advisors, and third parties
- Support or lead junior team members depending on level of seniority
- Contribute to process improvement and ensure effective risk management
- Participate in business development opportunities where applicable
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust and corporate administration
- Strong understanding of fiduciary and corporate governance practices
- Ideally hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA, STEP)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Supervisory experience desirable for senior and team leader roles
