Our client is seeking a Business Account Manager to join their team in Guernsey. This full-time role focuses on developing and maintaining a portfolio of business customers, building opportunity pipelines, and delivering targeted sales and revenue growth.
Job Duties:
- Acquire new customers and retain existing accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and manage a portfolio of business customers across Guernsey.
- Develop and implement sales campaigns in collaboration with management.
- Represent the organisation at business and community events.
- Deliver presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Maintain high-level market knowledge and conduct risk assessments for tenders.
- Ensure timely provisioning of new and existing customer requests.
- Build and nurture relationships with business groups and associations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a successful sales track record.
- Knowledge of telecommunications voice and data products or ability to learn quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
