Retail Support Executive

Our client seeks a Retail Support Executive in Guernsey to provide sales and administrative support within the retail team. This part-time role (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday) involves managing online sales, stock, and fixed/fibre broadband activations, with occasional shop floor support during busy periods.

 

Job Duties:

  • Reconcile daily banking and report to the finance team.
  • Manage online sales and complete customer transactions.
  • Book in and allocate stock, including accessories, handsets, and SIM cards.
  • Coordinate stock for local dealers.
  • Administer handset repair processes.
  • Manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Oversee fixed/fibre broadband customer activations.
  • Provide sales support in-store during peak times.
  • Fulfil other reasonable management requests.

 

Job Requirements:

  • GCSE-level education.
  • Highly motivated with strong organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
