Our client is seeking an IT Engineer from Junior to Senior level to join their team on a permanent full-time basis, where on-site support and training will be provided. You will work closely with technicians as they support the existing, new and 3rd party clientele and build relationships with both internal and external customers. Duties will include installing and maintaining computer hardware, fault finding, repair and installation of PCs and servers and supporting both desktop and server operating systems and application software. Working a 37.5 hour week, you may be asked to work the occasional weekend to support customer mitigations or set up hardware where you will be supervised and time will be given back in lieu. If, in time, you become part of a 24x7 on-call rota, additional remuneration will be given for this.
