Our Jersey team is looking for a passionate and driven Senior/Recruitment Consultant to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. If you're enthusiastic about recruitment and have a background in financial services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of candidates, assisting them in finding suitable employment opportunities.
- Client Interaction: Provide a high-level recruitment service to a wide range of financial and commercial businesses across Jersey.
- Interviewing and Shortlisting: Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and match them to job vacancies and share role profiles.
- Communication: Liaise with clients and candidates through various channels such as telephone, email, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Job Placement: Share new vacancies, arrange interviews, and communicate and negotiate job offers.
- Administrative Duties: Handle all other recruitment-related matters with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Strong experience in customer service and client relationship management, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Personal Attributes: A friendly demeanour, team-oriented attitude, proactivity, organisational skills, and a passion for excellent service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
