An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Handler to join a busy customer-focused team, on a permanent basis, to ensure the delivery of a high quality customer service and all business objectives by you and your colleagues. You will be dealing with client queries relating to their claims both face to face and by telephone, therefore the successful candidate must be adaptable and able to deal with a reactive environment. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge and understanding of insurance claims theory and practice, and preferably be Cert CII qualified with the ability to work comfortably in a busy environment.
