Our client is seeking a Temporary Assistant Trust Relationship Manager for a 6-month contract. The role involves supporting the management and administration of existing client portfolios, including the administration of new and closing business. Job Duties:
- Assist a Trust Relationship Manager with day-to-day administration of a portfolio of structures holding a diverse range of assets, including new and closing business.
- Adhere to the risk control framework and maintain service quality standards for Trust Management.
- Support the delivery and attainment of key performance indicators.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers, investment managers, legal/tax advisors, and other third parties regarding client affairs.
- Draft Trustee resolutions, company minutes, and related documentation, including processing payments.
- Communicate with clients primarily via email, letter, and telephone.
- Maintain data quality within Trust Management systems.
- Collaborate regularly with Trust Accounting Operations, including international business delivery centres.
- Participate in business initiatives and projects related to trust administration.
- Attend presentations and seminars for continuing professional development (CPD) and job-specific training as required.
