Our client is seeking a Senior Officer to take direct administrative responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures. This role ensures the delivery of first-class service to all clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders. The Senior Officer will work to identify and mitigate risk within their portfolio and will collaborate with colleagues to achieve high standards of client service. The role will also involve supporting more junior team members. The position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in fiduciary services.
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality service to all clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders to ensure longevity of relationships.
- Interact directly with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure client commitments are met on time and to a high standard.
- Achieve personal targets for time recording, utilisation, and working capital management.
- Support the Director in managing the commercial aspects of the client portfolio, including reviewing and controlling Work in Progress (WIP).
- Ensure prompt collection of fees and highlight new revenue opportunities.
- Work within defined risk parameters to meet the company’s risk targets.
- Provide coaching and support to junior colleagues to assist their development.
- Promote the business objectives and help maintain morale within the team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex fiduciary structures.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and manage complex transactions.
- Strong technical competency and the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Awareness of risk policies and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.
- Relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or ICSA) or studying towards one.
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
