Administrator, Corporate Actions, Income & Tax - Jersey

Our client is seeking an Administrator specialising in Corporate Actions, Income, and Tax to join their Financial and Technical Expertise team within the custody, banking, and funds dealing services department. The role involves daily management of client queries related to corporate actions, income, tax, and controls, working closely with clients, third parties, and the wider network to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality service in line with Service Level Agreements, maintaining compliance with operational and regulatory requirements, effective communication with clients, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant operational areas, with at least 3 years’ of securities experience, knowledge of corporate actions, income, and tax is highly desirable.
