Our client is seeking a Temporary Periodic Fiduciary Review Manager for a period of 6 months. You will be responsible for completing Periodic Fiduciary and AML CFT reviews in line with designated timeframes, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Job Duties:
- Complete Periodic Fiduciary and AML CFT reviews within designated timeframes.
- Deputise for the Head of the Periodic Fiduciary Review Team, providing line management to the Periodic Fiduciary Review team as required.
- Adhere to the risk control framework of CS Trust Group and UBS Group for your client base.
- Support NCL in maintaining a stable operating environment and leading the integration and infrastructure migration to UBS.
- Assist the business in de-risking operations by completing reviews promptly, facilitating the termination and transfer of structures in a compliant manner.
- Promote a strong and proactive risk culture, ensuring best outcomes for clients, maintaining investor confidence, and managing risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
- Support Trust Management in delivering Key Risk and Performance Indicators.
- Provide regular reports to line management and executive boards for monitoring workload in a risk-based manner.
- Assist in the completion of client structure exits in line with residual business closure objectives.
- Liaise with Trust Managers and other divisions of CS Trust Group globally.
- Focus on data quality within Trust Management systems.
- Participate in internal and regulatory audits as required.
- Engage in project management and business initiatives for CS Trust Guernsey/Group.
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to leverage diverse thinking and foster a positive organisational impact.
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary administration and trustee roles.
- Experience with trust and company administration.
- Familiarity with tax reporting arrangements.
- Excellent communication, numerical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team towards specific targets.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision.
- Strong relationship-building and influence skills, with a focus on fostering teamwork.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
