Trust Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Trust Supervisor to assist with managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of offshore companies and trusts. This role involves handling a variety of complex tasks and providing supervision to a small team of administration staff based in Guernsey. Additionally, the Trust Supervisor will act as a B signatory for client bank accounts. This is a full-time position. Click here to read more.

Job Duties: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of a portfolio of clients, ensuring that statutory records are up to date and accurately maintained.
  • Review and approve large-scale payments.
  • Liaise with internal departments on accounting, annual reviews, and taxation issues.
  • Communicate with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing.
  • Assist junior staff with queries and problems.
  • Support the Manager as necessary.
  • Manage and provide guidance to a team on a daily basis, offering advice and assistance as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Achieved or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification, such as STEP Certificate/Diploma.
