Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Client Services team, specifically focusing on onboarding new clients and managing new business in Private Wealth. Job Duties:
- Oversee the New Business process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery in collaboration with Client Directors and Client Services teams.
- Lead and support the delivery of new business processes and provide technical training to the team as needed.
- Participate in client management for newly onboarded clients and support the transition of new clients from the New Business process to Business-as-Usual.
- Review and process new business documentation, including the collation of Client Due Diligence, Source of Wealth, and Source of Funds.
- Support the Client Services Manager in managing team workflows and forecasting resource needs during peak periods.
- Maintain client data quality and ensure accurate data management across all relevant systems.
- Assist with onboarding processes in other jurisdictions, providing training where necessary.
- Provide support in areas such as company secretarial duties and regulatory platforms for Private Wealth clients.
- Act as a role model, upholding the company’s vision and values.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trust and company administration or legal services.
- Strong understanding of fiduciary services.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong team player with leadership qualities.
- ICSA, STEP or legal qualification (or working towards).
