Temporary File Reviewer

Our client is seeking a File Reviewer on a temporary basis for a period of 6 – 12 months. The role involves reviewing client files, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant with regulations, and contain accurate information. Job Duties

  • Conduct thorough reviews of client files to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Identify any gaps or inconsistencies in client records and take steps to resolve them.
  • Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Communicate with internal teams to address any issues found during the review process.
  • Ensure that all compliance and due diligence records are up-to-date.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to the file review process.

 

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in file review, compliance, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems and database management.
