Temporary Statutory Administrator - 6 months

Our client is seeking a Statutory Administrator to join their finance team on a part-time, temporary basis for a period of 6 months. This role involves the preparation and management of statutory tasks and duties for group entities, as well as providing general administrative support to the accounting department. Job Duties

  • Maintain company records and registers.
  • Prepare and submit statutory documents in a timely manner.
  • Draft minutes and meeting notes as required.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including scanning, filing, photocopying, and handling post.
  • Assist with accounts administration, such as basic accounts posting, invoicing, and generating reports for the Finance Team.
  • Answer client calls and respond to queries.
  • Handle banking payments.


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in statutory administration.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal staff.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a busy workload.
