Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their company as a Trust Administrator for their EBTs and Pensions team. This full-time role provides excellent training opportunities in administering a variety of trust structures, including employee share schemes, pension schemes, and deferred compensation schemes. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training, with potential for further studies (e.g. ICSA/STEP).
Job Duties:
- Support trust officers in administering daily activities for various entity types
- Prepare transaction paperwork such as trust resolutions and investment instructions
- Assist with preparation of trustee meeting packs and updating schedules
- Manage general filing, archiving, and scanning tasks for the team
- Input static data updates using NAVOne system
- Assist in the billing cycle by preparing monthly billing packs, sending invoices, and debtor chasing
- Provide general administrative support, including assisting with FATCA/CRS reporting and KYC reviews
- Help with internal projects and administrative reviews within the team
- Adhere to all regulatory and company policies, ensuring high standards are maintained
Job Requirements:
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to manage conflicting demands under pressure
- Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous
- Client-focused and able to work well within a team
