Our client is looking for a Senior Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of more complex structures within their Private Wealth division. This is a permanent role, with significant experience in trust administration and client relationship management. You will be responsible for handling daily interactions with clients and intermediaries, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, while proactively developing solutions to meet client needs and fostering long-term relationships. Job Duties:
- Ensure the client receives top-tier service, adhering to agreed policies and procedures
- Work as an integral member of the Wealth Structuring Team
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to optimise potential and deliver seamless service
- Provide client advice, ensuring their needs are met with sound business principles
- Update, scan, file, and archive records in line with retention policies
- Respond promptly to internal communications impacting business operations
- Contribute to successful delivery of remediation projects and other internal initiatives
- Manage all aspects of client entity administration, including tax filings, financial account production, fee discussions, and compliance reviews
- Assist with quarterly client calls, ledger requests, and regular reviews of agents and delegated functionaries
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA, ACA, ACIB, STEP, or legal qualification)
- Extensive experience with institutional clients and trust administration
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and trust regulations
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the finance industry, with demonstrated knowledge of risk management and project management
