Our client is seeking a dedicated Head of Compliance to lead and manage compliance across all legal and regulatory frameworks. Job Duties:

• Lead compliance initiatives across legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, recommending improvements where needed.
• Serve as the principal contact for regulatory bodies and ensure proactive compliance management.
• Oversee anti-money laundering and data protection strategies.
• Conduct company-wide training to promote compliance awareness.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within financial services.
• Experience in Money Service Business and data protection laws is highly desirable.
• Professional qualifications in anti-financial crime compliance and/or data protection compliance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
