Director / Advisor

Our client is an independent, regulated advisory company with extensive expertise in financial planning and services. They are seeking high-calibre candidates to take on the role of Director/Adviser. This senior position requires the successful candidate to become a Director and Key Person within the organisation, looking after existing clients and attracting new ones. Job Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients while attracting new clients to the organisation.
• Lead and motivate a team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Ensure compliance with JFSC regulations as an Investment Employee.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth, contributing to the organisation's overall success.
• Demonstrate the ability to run a company, focusing on long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with other Board members, providing strategic insights and direction.
• Show commitment to the organisation, demonstrating a track record of stability and dedication.

Job Requirements:

• PCIAM or Level 6 qualification.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, savings, and protection products.
• Experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser Firm is preferred.
• Ability to grow a company, achieving personal and organisational success.
• Knowledge and experience required to serve as a director of a regulated company (by the JFSC).
• Previous experience as a Board member is advantageous.
• Proven commitment to past employers, avoiding frequent job changes.
