Temporary Administrative & Distribution Assistant

Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrative and Distribution Assistant. This part-time role is available immediately and will continue until the end of the year. The working hours will be approximately 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm daily. The role involves administrative support alongside distribution tasks, making it essential for the candidate to have access to a vehicle. Click here to read more.

 

Job Duties:

  • Distribute leaflets across the Island to locations such as doctors’ surgeries and care homes
  • Open and sort incoming post
  • Scan and organise documents for administrative purposes

 

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for leaflet distribution
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Basic administrative skills, including document scanning and handling post
  • Immediate availability until the end of the year
