Our client is seeking a Mobile Refresh Test Manager for a temporary basis. This role involves providing testing management support during the Mobile Refresh project over a support timeline of approximately 3-6 months, from November 2024 to August 2025. Job Duties:
- Drive third-party test plan and test case creation in collaboration with the Mobile Refresh vendor.
- Define the test strategy and overall test cases with the Mobile Refresh vendor.
- Coordinate with third-party and internal departments to deploy a test environment, enabling the vendor to carry out remote testing (including shield boxes, handsets, and laptops).
- Liaise and facilitate third-party integration to the new mobile core.
- Report on testing progress and align internal resources to deliver required test cases.
- Track issues and facilitate their resolution throughout the testing phase.
- Schedule regression testing as required.
- Work with the vendor to monitor overall test progress.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing testing processes within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of test planning and execution methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
