Job Duties:
- Lead the establishment and growth of the Corporate Secretarial function, aligning with organisational goals.
- Oversee the administration and compliance of corporate governance frameworks.
- Manage a portfolio of client structures, ensuring all statutory obligations are met efficiently.
- Work closely with team members to mentor and guide their professional development, particularly supporting the Senior Administrator.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to build and maintain client relationships, enhancing service quality and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a senior-level role within trust or fiduciary services is preferred; experience in other relevant areas will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial best practices.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive team performance and maintain quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working closely with both clients and team members.
- Organisational and time-management skills to balance afternoon coverage requirements with general team oversight.
