Temporary Resourcing & Onboarding Administrator - 12 months

Our client is looking for a proactive Resourcing and Onboarding Administrator to join their HR function for a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting the success of their People Strategy. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts across the group, handling the hiring and onboarding of top talent. You’ll also manage administrative support within the resourcing and onboarding function, working with external suppliers, employees, and hiring managers. Job Duties: 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and recommend strategies
  • Oversee recruitment protocols for new hires, ensuring approval processes are followed
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and handle terms of business as required
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including application review, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Advise on hiring decisions in consultation with senior HR managers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory hiring requirements, including work permits and right to work checks
  • Maintain accurate records in internal HR and recruitment systems
  • Lead onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth start for new hires and support with induction processes
  • Foster positive relationships with hiring managers, partners, agencies, and candidates, representing the organisation professionally
  • Coordinate student and graduate recruitment initiatives (e.g., bursary schemes, trainee programmes)
  • Attend careers fairs and recruitment events to promote opportunities
  • Produce and maintain reports on recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Proactively support recruitment advertising efforts using available platforms
  • Keep current with industry regulations and apply best practices to internal processes

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a law or professional services firm
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry regulations
  • Ability to manage recruitment processes end-to-end in a high-paced, professional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of successful stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) and database systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive and confident, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
