Customer Operations Representative

Our client, a dynamic and locally run bank, is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join their Customer Operations Department on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is integral to delivering an outstanding customer service experience through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Job Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective and friendly communication.
  • Answer phone calls with accuracy, delivering relevant information promptly.
  • Cover reception and manage associated duties as needed.
  • Respond to the Info Line and daily Work Lists within company service standards.
  • Support customers with the bank's online services.
  • Adhere to Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements in line with qualification level and company guidelines.
  • Uphold the bank's core values and behaviours.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English (Grades A-C) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in handling customer queries and managing customer dissatisfaction.
  • Familiarity with learning new products.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Experience in assisting vulnerable clients.
  • Right to work in Guernsey.
