Temporary Funds Paralegal

Our client is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Paralegal to join their dynamic Funds team in Jersey. This is a fixed-term opportunity that offers exposure to a wide range of multi-jurisdictional matters within a collaborative and professional environment. Job Duties: 

• Review and prepare documents, including briefings, practice notes, templates, precedents, and presentations.
• Undertake legal research and provide detailed findings.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and external parties.
• Assist senior fee earners with matter management and handle individual matters when required.
• Actively participate in departmental and team meetings.

Job Requirements: 

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational abilities, with effective time management and prioritisation skills.
• Enthusiastic learner with a genuine interest in legal work.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficient in document formatting and general computer literacy.
• Proactive and eager to contribute with initiative and enthusiasm.
• A law degree (or equivalent qualification) or relevant experience in a similar role.
