Our client is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrator to join their Asset Reconciliations Team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of security positions held with global custodians and fund managers by conducting timely reconciliations across multiple systems. The role also includes investigating discrepancies, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the accuracy of financial reporting statements.
Job Duties:
- Conduct asset reconciliations in line with local procedures and guidelines.
- Liaise with fund houses and other relevant parties to obtain outstanding documents or information.
- Resolve queries by engaging with internal technical authorities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, customer expectations, and internal policies.
- Monitor and clear work queues within target timescales.
- Develop, implement, and share best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate personal statistics and contribute to risk mitigation plans.
