Our client is seeking a Client Director to join their Jersey office. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of trust, company, and private office clients, delivering high-quality services, and driving business growth. The Client Director will lead client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and provide strategic leadership to their team, ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance.
Job Duties:
- Oversee a portfolio of trust, company, and private office clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.
- Drive revenue generation and profitability by efficiently managing client work and team delegation.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities to expand income streams from current and prospective clients.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to the administration team.
- Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Develop and deliver client pitches and negotiate fee structures to secure new business.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the global economic climate and its impact on clients and the fiduciary industry.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
- Comprehensive understanding of fiduciary functions, investment principles, accounting, and commercial law.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and a thorough understanding of trust and tax law.
- In-depth knowledge of company and trust administration, including nuances of offshore jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to make data-driven financial decisions and manage budgets effectively.
