Our client is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of high-risk trust and company clients. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality fiduciary and corporate services. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic management team and contribute to a reputable and independent organisation.
Job Duties:
- Manage client relationships, including attending meetings and addressing queries from clients, beneficiaries, and settlors.
- Liaise with intermediaries and advisors to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Review trust and corporate documents, including settlement instruments, letters of wishes, and memorandum and articles of association.
- Prepare and review minutes, corporate authorities, shareholder resolutions, and statutory returns.
- Maintain and update statutory records, both electronically and in paper-based formats.
- Collaborate with the finance team on bookkeeping, financial record maintenance, and invoicing.
- Actively contribute to a designated committee in your area of expertise, such as tax, investments, or virtual assets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and best practice guidelines in line with company policies and procedures.
- Pursue business development opportunities and enhance the company’s profile within the industry.
- Support the efficient running of the office and ensure client administration needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- STEP-qualified (or equivalent).
- Approximately 10 years of experience in the industry, including handling complex and high-risk cases.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and requirements, including FATCA and CRS.
- Proven ability to manage caseloads independently.
- Experienced in working as an authorised signatory.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to lead and deliver on projects.
