Temporary Investments Project Support Senior Administrator - 12 months

Our client is seeking an experienced Investments Project Support Senior Administrator for a 12-month contract. The role involves supporting a range of strategic and regulatory projects across Investment Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, project management experience, and a solid understanding of the technical systems and processes involved in Investment Operations. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver projects on time, and build effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and support strategic and regulatory projects for Investment Operations.
  • Deliver key strategic projects and ensure alignment with the project approach.
  • Prepare realistic project plans and track activities against the schedule.
  • Act as a point of contact for project delivery issues and escalate as needed.
  • Work closely with Management to identify and prioritise business goals.
  • Investigate and analyse Investment Operations requirements and propose solutions.
  • Assist in reviewing and challenging pipeline projects and provide estimates.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of work through peer review.
  • Attend project meetings and deliver on action points for Investment Operations.
  • Roll out updated processes and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Alert Management to any resource shortfalls that may affect project delivery.
  • Ensure that personal behaviours align with the company’s core values.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience within the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proven track record of maintaining best practices in Investment Operations processes.
