Our client is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrator for their Asset Data team for a 12-month contract. The role involves the setup and maintenance of assets under administration, including new products and back-office tasks such as account number changes and custody delivery instructions. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, ensuring high-quality service and customer care while adhering to performance and quality standards. Emphasis will be placed on achieving excellence and adding value for clients.
Job Duties:
- Process customer service requests in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Liaise with fund houses and relevant parties to chase outstanding documents or information.
- Resolve queries by working with internal technical authorities and redirecting where necessary.
- Check own and others' work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities to improve timeliness, quality, and cost of service delivery.
- Maintain and improve up-to-date procedure notes for the team.
- Ensure team statistics are accurate and can be delivered to team leaders and managers.
- Manage the team mailbox, distributing work in a timely and fair manner.
- Work with internal business partners to ensure compliance with policies and requirements.
- Ensure all processes are performed to a high-quality standard and provide advanced solutions to queries.
- Assist with team training and support colleagues to drive team growth and understanding.
- Support project work on behalf of the team as required.
- Identify IT issues and raise them through the appropriate channels.
- Accountable for processing client requests within agreed timescales and escalating concerns.
- Regularly analyse team data and quality monitoring to ensure targets are met.
- Address identified risks through quality and complaint root cause analysis, and implement mitigation plans.
