Senior / Associate, Private Client

Our client is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with at least three years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its Private Client and Trusts team. The role involves advising on all aspects of trust law and related practice areas, including discrete trust law matters and the restructuring of complex trust structures. The successful candidate will also contribute to precedent development and business growth initiatives within the practice.

Job Duties:

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of trust law and related practice areas
• Advise on the restructuring of complex trust structures
• Assist in precedent development and business growth initiatives
• Engage with clients to deliver high-quality legal services
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Support the development of the trust law practice through networking and business development activities

Job Requirements:

• Qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or Ireland
• Minimum of three years’ PQE in trust law and related areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Experience in advising on trust structures and restructuring matters
